Focused vision.
One book at a time.
Drishti began the way most honest things begin — with a need that had no right answer.
I was looking for a guided journal that met me where I was. One that understood the difference between emotional processing and emotional performance. One that was beautiful enough to want to open and honest enough to be worth returning to. One that understood that self care is not a spa day — it is the daily, deliberate act of turning your attention to the life you are actually living.
I could not find it. So I created it.
Every book published under the Drishti name is conceived, written, and designed by me — in a one-woman studio in Utah, with degrees in Graphic Design, Marketing, and Art History, and a lifelong love of Sanskrit philosophical tradition. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is generated. Every word, every color, every spread is considered with the same quality of care I am asking you to offer yourself.
That is what Drishti means. Focused vision. The decision to see clearly — your own life, your own needs, your own unspoken truths — and to tend to them with intention.

Our philosophy
Why Sanskrit?
Sanskrit is one of the oldest living languages in the world — and one of the most precise. Where English often reaches for approximation, Sanskrit names things exactly. Prāṇa is not simply breath — it is the life force carried on every breath. Maitrī is not simply kindness — it is loving-kindness directed inward, toward yourself, as a deliberate practice. Visarjana is not simply release — it is the sacred ceremony of letting go, offered into the larger stream of the universe.
These words are not decorative. They are philosophical anchors — each one carrying thousands of years of wisdom about what it means to live a conscious, examined, and deeply human life.
Every Drishti book is rooted in one of these words. Not as an aesthetic choice but as a philosophical one. The Sanskrit anchor tells you what the book is really for, even before you open it.
Who these books are for
Each book in the Drishti catalog is dedicated to a specific person in my life because the best creative work is always personal before it is universal.
Breathe is for my third daughter, who taught me that naming your feelings is an act of courage. Thrive is for my son, who as a premie and twin has been thriving since the moment he arrived. Reverie is for my oldest daughter, who does not just dream but acts. Soliloquy is for my youngest daughter, who keeps her thoughts beautifully close. Clandestine is for the love of my life — because some things need to be written even when they cannot be sent. Indulge is for my dear friend, who is innovation personified. Apricity is for my second daughter — for both sides of her beautiful life.
These people are why the books exist. You are why they are published.
